Chickenshed NYC regularly photographs and films its work for the purposes of documentation, reporting, fundraising and promotions.
Imagery captured may be used online and in print including, but not limited to: Chickenshed NYC website; social media (including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube); reports to funders; newsletters (print and email); fundraising materials; newspaper and magazine articles; profiles on third-party websites and publications; marketing brochures and posters.
We may wish to use photographs/videos that include a child’s image in the above manner. A child will never be identified by name in any forum.
In general, we will assume that a child’s participation in our programs means that we have been given permission to use the child’s image in the manner described above.
In addition, we may choose to film or photograph any sessions or performance that parents, caregivers and grown-ups are invited to and we will assume that your participation as an audience member means that you have given permission to use your image in the manner described above.
However, you have the right to specifically prohibit the use of you and a child's image in this way. If you wish to withdraw permission for yours or a child's image to be used in any photographic or video material you must do so in writing or by completing a Photographic and Video release form, available upon request or at the Box Office of every show.
