During the semester Players devise and perform a mainstage musical production using our inclusive process that reflects the opinions and aspirations of these young people and the communities they are a part of.

Together with theatre practitioners and youth leader mentors we ensure that the program reflects and develops each member who is part of it so that they may have a genuine ownership of the work they are part of throughout the company.

This production uses the concept of AI and its role within performing arts. With the help of a guest scientist Players will explore AI, its benefits and challenges, during the devising process.

Our no-audition policy ensures that every participant can be part of the show without the pressure of an audition process.
